Andrew Blanch w/ Maria Eugenia Nieva

Getting to not only watch (and learn) but to also connect with Andrew and his amazing partner Maria was a treat. I’m a lover of not only music, but of history too so having the performance structured as journey through guitar’s origin all the way up to contemporary music was incredibly engaging and surprising at times.

The Kingdom Choir

Danna and I had the pleasure of watching The Kingdom Choir put on an incredible blend of holiday, spiritual and secular music just in time for the holidays. You hear from enough on these posts, so I’ll let Danna tell you about this one:

“Kingdom Choir captivated me with their emotion and enthusiasm, turning the show into a truly unforgettable experience. It was amazing to speak with the members after their performance, as we could still feel the energy they transmitted from the stage. Truly a joyful experience I would love to repeat.”

I couldn’t have said it better myself, Danna! We can’t wait to see them again, hopefully in 2025!

Ivy Lab

1 AM set start times are not for the faint of heart, but damn are they fun. Had a blast getting to vibe to Ivy Lab.

Panchiko

Thanks to the gents in Panchiko for a great show! Arguably, the story of their return is even more interesting, so do yourself a favor and read up on how this tour came to pass. You literally won’t believe it!

PIG

Getting to catch the wonderful Raymond Watts of PIG is always a blast. He puts on an incredible show, with incredible music, and is one of the most energetic performers I’ve had the pleasure of seeing live with pure, rock star energy. He’s also a hilarious, genuinely nice guy off stage too! Until next time, Raymond!

Griff – Short n’ Sweet Tour w/ Sabrina Carpenter

Getting to see Griff open for such a massive tour was an incredible experience. I was able to catch the Orlando date, while Felicia from our office went to the Tampa show the day after. Both were absolutely incredible productions, and I hope the popularity of Sabrina leads to even more fans and success for Griff in the years to come!

Chase Atlantic

I’m not used to seeing the photosensitivity warning signs before shows, but I now know it’s a great omen for those of us that can tolerate it. I heard that Chase Atlantic’s production would be next level on this tour, so I should have expected it would be this good. I’d love to talk more about the music, but the die-hard, screaming fans made it difficult to hear, but I think that only further elevated the experience. These guys have definitely found their audience and damn do they love them!

You Me At Six + Enter Shikari

I was graced by a double-feature here in our hometown of Orlando; You Me At Six on their last US tour, and Enter Shikari tearing up central Florida for the second time this year. You Me At Six definitely has an ubeat energy, but their final US, and Florida date specifically, made the entire set more emotional than you average rock show.

What can I possibly say about Enter Shikari that hasn’t already been said. They had breakdowns, they tested the limits of the venues sound system with electronic music, and Rou Reynolds played the trumpet. Carry on boys.

Bad Nerves + Nothing But Thieves

Another double feature, this time with Bad Nerves opening for Nothing But Thieves at House of Blues!

I always appreciate having rowdier, heavier punk and metal bands opening for larger artists, and Bad Nerves definitely delivered that punk energy to some fans that may not have otherwise realized they liked it.

This isn’t Nothing But Thieves’ first time around and the block, and it surely won’t be their last.

Zheani

Zheani put on an amazing performance and had great stage presence. The two backup dancers were also really cool to watch. I loved the unique outfits and style of makeup that the performers used, as well as the graphics during the show!
