If you had told me that a band with banjos, dance beats, and harmonica solos would work so well, I would not have believed you prior to Moontricks. A wonderful blend of folk and contemporary music and a joy to catch live. A special thanks to Sean for taking the time to chat after the performance as well!

In another rare, but greatly appreciated double feature, I was able to catch the incredibly talented MONO as well as Kaelan Mikla. I always buy merch from the bands when I come to shows, and for both acts I opted for vinyl records. They both create incredibly atmospheric music, albeit with different energies, that I just had to hear crackle on my turntable.

Cecile was apart of a panel over the weekend at the 2025 Folk Alliance Conference! Between Abyan from Covey Law’s legal prowess, Danielle’s experience as a booking agent/manager, and Cecile’s godmother status with CWAs, they discussed visas for international performing artists (pictured center, left and right respectively)! Danna and I had the pleasure of catching James & The Cold Gun. They were incredible on stage, and incredibly nice off stage too, when we got to chat at their merch table! Don’t take my word for it though, here are Danna’s thoughts:

Their energy on stage was incredible—they put on an amazing opening show, gave it their all, and kept the excitement soaring from start to finish. After the show, We had the chance to meet them in person, and they couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming. It was a truly special night—such a perfect way to wrap up Valentine’s week! 💖”

I’ve been seeing BTSM at festivals for years but this was my first time getting to catch them at a dedicated venue and meet Julian and Patrick in person! Both were absolute gents and incredible hosts. Thank you to the Vanguard staff as well for hosting a great event for an incredible group!

Danna from our office had the opportunity to catch Yuridia at the Hard Rock Live.! Here’s what she had to say about the experience:

Ghostkid set off on their first, independent tour and we were lucky enough to be their first stop! People often think more of our larger clients, but as a musician I truly cherish these more intimate shows as you get to witness the very real communities that pop up to make tours like this possible.

Enjoyed a great show from The Dirty Nil. They’ve got a bit of a retro vibe and a great rock & roll feel that they lean into for great effect. One of the most fun bands I’ve seen at this venue!
