Welcome Cecile!

I am pleased to announce an addition to the CWA Management team, Cecile Glunt. With over 40 years experience in Finance and Taxation, Cecile retired from her position at the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in December, where she had held the position of Program Manager for the IRS Central Withholding Agreement Program. I have worked with Cecile countless times over the years when she represented the IRS side of a negotiations in a Central Withholding Agreement. She’s smart, witty and a hard worker; a perfect addition to our expanding goals. With an impressive resume, and her vast IRS knowledge and experience, especially in the field of Central Withholding Agreements, I feel her addition to our company will keep us ahead of the competition and still the global leader in Central Withholding Agreements.
